750 ml bottle, bottled 22/09/2021. Yellow colored body, with a big, frothy, lacing, off-white head. Aroma of grains, straw, spices, lemon zest, grass, some flowers, some dough, some herbs. Tastes quite similar, with a more honey-like body. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes characterful, grainy, spicy, floral, grassy, citric, with some sweet honey. Very tasty! Rustic and characterful, while also really complex and smooth. Old school Saison. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 5 / 17
