330ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, white head. Minimally husky and spicy, pale malty, mildly grassy and minimally herbal, minmally fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of green apple, orchard fruit, dusty yeasty overtones. Taste is moderately bitter, slightly grassy and minimally fruity, hoppy, minimally husky and spicy, pale malty basis, minimally diluted hints of green apple.
Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to coarse, prickly carbonation.
Rather watery, not overly flavourful - meh!

3/5/2025. Bottle bought direct from the brewery. Pours clear pale gold with a frothy just off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, soapy, lime, grassy, touch herbal. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, above average carbonation. Quite likeable.

Great to tick off a rare Scottish region. Finishes just a little too bitter for me. Thanks Graham B.

Bottle from their stall at The Huntly Hairst 2024. It pours ever so slightly hazy golden - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, green fruits, melon, lemon - lime, bready malt, green, pine dust, straw and cracker. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, touch of bitterness, green, piney, fragrant, floral, pithy, zesty, lemon - lime, bitter citrus peel and peppery spice with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Rather nice actually. Moreish.
