Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of hops and roasted malt, lending it a slight acidity. The flavor is sweet with and acidic edge from the roasted malt, which combines with notes of hops and horseblanket and leads into a dry and slightly tart finish.

On tap. Pours black and opaque with a beige head. Distinct Bretty aroma with a little hard roasted maltiness. Medium body, astringent and tart Brett accents that dominate over the black malts. Astringent and tart finish. interestint - very interesting. 110709

From tap at Drakes, RBSG2009. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Light fruity and hard roasted malt aroma. Mild fruity and hardroasted aroma. Acidic fruity and light roasted malt flavoured. Dry And phenolic finish. Fruity and mild acidic far finish.

Draft at RBSG Grand Tasting! Nose of chocolate, coffee, and smokiness. Black with a small tan head. Flavor was big coffee, chocolate, with a touch of smoke and a background tart hint!
