Who can resist a firm Quadruple? The same extreme small crowd that can resist four charming and talented Spanish brewers! We have a better idea about what a day in a puppy daycare centre must be like after the brewers of Laugar, Guineu, La Pirata & Mad Brewing spend a day at our brewery to collaborate in this new quadruple-ish. Imagen all that energy…in a beer ;)

Sampled draft @ Brouwcafé de Molen during Borefts 2017. Day 2. Dark amber brown, creamy tanned head. Nose is massive cherry which turns out was figs, oxidized, fruit syrup, herbal. Taste is alcoholic oxidized cherry / fig syrup, herbal big cough syrup, alcoholic high boost cough syrup. Herbal cough syrup high boost syrup body. Ridiculous. Bit too cough syrup strange concoction but not all bad. How do breweries even split profits with these many collaborating parties, looks like a financial mess or did De Molen pay for their stay in NL and they just hang around in the brewery or what?

Tap at Brouwcafé. Clear mahogany with dark beige head. Sweet plums, seaweed, figs, vanilla, sweet malts, light sherry. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Full bodied with boozy finish. Nice except for the seaweed/fish, what is that doing here. It goes away after a while but still...
