Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces - very lambic like. The flavor has notes of brettanomyces, malt, citrus, and dusty hops, leading to a lightly tart and acidic finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy yellow with a dense white head. Dry Brettish aroma. Light body, lightly sweet malt with a vaguely astringent finish. Rather fresh actually in spite of it being clearly infected. 260309

2009-01-06, bottle from the brewery, bottled 08/10/13, 6-3-6-3-12=30
Hazy blond color. The aroma shows grass, hop, manure. Medium body, it’s possible to detect some good malt, but the hop, again, is grassy. It’s not the same batch as the one I had on draught, but also the bottle doesn’t preserve all the hop qualities.
2008-12-28, draught at the brewpub, 8-4-8-4-17=41
Cloudy blond color; creamy head. Wonderful hop aroma (with Saaz), crispy malt and light manure. Good malt flavor, with a very nice residual sweetness; good hopping, light hay, light grapefruit. Well balanced. Excellent.
