Prague Rock is a crisp, bready homage to the classic bohemian Pilsner. A clean grassiness with a touch of German Munich for a beautiful copper color and a malty backbone. Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops finish it off with a spicy, light, lemon bite.

Can at home. Clever fun name. Light copper pour faulty clear and a one finger head. Nose is faint malts. Tastes of light cracker, yeast, caramel, malt and forest. Clean dry palate. Could drink all day.
