7 week old pint can A: Poured a tall pillow of fine white foam atop a clear pale yellow body. Fine bubbles rise and the head never fully dissipates. Patchy lace. S: Crusty white toast, hay and corn. T: Lemony hops, sweet bread and a little spice. None of the corn from the nose. Dry pithy aftertaste. Simple and very tasty. M: Fine fluffy carbonation, light body and a half dry/half yeasty finish. O: Mediocre aroma but excellent otherwise. I could drink a lot of these.
