Froggy Style is a smack to the monotony of daily life. If bleakness rains down upon your lust for life, perhaps it’s time for something new and out of the ordinary. But don’t waste time pondering existentialism. Just leap forward with whatever springs to mind and find your true head again.

Bottle, 22oz. A slow gusher. It’s an almost black one, topped by a dense, collapsing light beige head. The aroma has a touch of sourness, with roasted malts, some chocolate and dried fruits. There’s a sour touch in the flavor, with roasted malts and dark chocolate, some dried fruits too. Full-bodied and faintly warming, semi-sweet, with a pleasant carbonation level. Disappointing this one, but not bad. 131116

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a hazy, orangey with a VERY lively, beige head. The head indicates a rather aggressive carbonation. Lovely roast in the nose, combined with rotten fruit - a plus in my book! Thick and jammy body, heavily carbonated but gets better after a little rest. Roasty, some ashes and tar - some smoked malts in there - peat even? Never too much though. Some warming alcohol heat in the finish and a decent shot of hops. Very enjoyable. But turn down the carbo please. 161013

65 cl bottle @ Timo A. Batch #108
Somewhat hoppy aroma with roasted notes, coffee and some licorice. Very foamy palate. Flavour is hoppy with ashy notes, some licorice and coffee. Hops and roastiness do not quite mix up here. Not bad still.
