Taster at the brewery. Clear, yellow color, with a fair, frothy, white head. The nose is pineapple, straw, grapefruit peel, and apple. Dry and musty, with a hard, resinous bitterness. Light to medium body, crisp, and sticky. Aggressive and quality.
