A traditional Czech beer with a rich golden hue, full-bodied with hints of malt, reminiscent of the flavor of cereals and crusty bread. Medium bitterness, with a distinctive herbal aroma lent by Saaz hops, which are also used in dry-hopping. Fermentation at low temperature is followed by a long conditioning in cold storage.

Lattina. Arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro rientra nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, erbaceo e agrumi.

33 cl bottle to glass at Zapi’s in Paris, France. The pour is a clear golden with a foamy one inch white head. The aroma is straw, herbal and mineral earth. The taste is crisp, clean, a really nice blend of crazy fresh cereal grain and noble hops finishing with the minerality. The palate is light bodied, soft fine carbonation and the crisp dry mineral finish. Really nice.

Can, medium bubbly head, quite clear deepish gold colour, herbal aroma, and fruity maltiness, medium herbal bitterness, quite sweet. Nice.

Bottle, 330 ml at Masanielli, Caserta. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Malty, grainy, some hay, herbal notes. Bitterish finish. Clean and quite good.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Quite hop aromatic from flowery hops atop some sweet maltiness. Medium body, sweet malts at the fore, with sufficient bittering hops for balance. Quite a well made take on the style. 121222

Op tap bij Borefts '22. Licht goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Bloemig, grassig, citroenrasp, verbena, bitter, licht moutig, crisp. Lichte body. Lekker.
