A traditional Czech beer with a rich golden hue, full-bodied with hints of malt, reminiscent of the flavor of cereals and crusty bread. Medium bitterness, with a distinctive herbal aroma lent by Saaz hops, which are also used in dry-hopping. Fermentation at low temperature is followed by a long conditioning in cold storage.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is earthy hops, fresh, a tiny bit sweet. Taste is earthy, pale malts, a bit jammy, sweetish. Oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Solid Pilsner, but one that's on the sweet side.

Exactly what I think of when I see the description. Light, crisp, some bitterness and hoppy in that noble hop way. More hoppy than a "regular" pilsner, but not reaching IPL levels. Nicely balanced, easy drinkable, and tasty enough.

Keg at the Great British Beer Festival 2017, day one - London. Pours clear yellow with a creamy, white topping. The nose holds light lemon peel, crunchy cereal. Light sweet flavour, dry dough, straw, cereal. Light in body with average carbonation. Dry finish, more cereal, lemony notes. OK overall.

Golden or the slightest darker, quite hazy for the style. Low to medium sized white head, decent retention, little lacing. Low to medium intensity in the aroma: a light grainy, hay base, followed by grassy, borderline resinous hops and light citric hints. Not especially clean/defined. Taste notes follw the aroma closely, maybe with a touch of honey sweetness. Now a little brighter in intensity but still quite messy/undefined. Sweetness and bitterness are both a tad below medium; fairly balanced in the mouth, a bit too sweetish in a finish that should feel dryer in my opinion. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation in a lively, a bit too heavy mouthfeel (also quite burpy). Overall not unpleasant and still drinkable, but far from quality stuff.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 6th March 19. Pours a clean clear, straw colour. Aroma is lager yeast, slight sharpeness. Taste is quite sharp, yeast, refreshing, quite drinkable.

Golden with a white head - Malt and some hints of hops in the aroma - Malt body with hops to balance with some bitterness - The malt goes into the finish with some hop bitterness in the end - This was nice
