Draught@CBC2015. Hazy amber colour,small off-white creamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, toffee, herbal and some mild floral and grassy notes. Flavour is quite crisp maltiness along with some fruity and floral notes. Also some herbs and mild grass. Easy to drink and a nice mellow bitterness to it.

From tap. Amber red color with beige head. Malty and hoppy aroma, caramel, bready, piney. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is caramel malt, pine, earthy hops, orange peel. Taste comprises light floral notes, caramel malt, red grapefruit, pine needle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent hoppy Amber.

Tap@CBC2015, Red Session - amber coloured pour with off-white head. Sweet malty and fruity aroma and taste, some marmalade, citrus peel, pine hoppy notes, medium sweet with some caramel, medium bitter in the finish

CBC Red Session. Keg. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Fresh airy caramel malts, little toffee. Hops are mild marmalade, pine and a little hop spice. Finishes light. Caramel and pine linger. Nicely balanced and very drinkable.

Aroma has nice resiny tones and fruity hops. Also mild raspberry & vanilla notes. Flavour has woody tones, cereal, resiny hops and grapefruit. Mild mint and menthol tones in the finish. Some slight cardboardy tones occur at the end of the glass. Nice, not ’imperial’ though.

Tap at CBC2015. Amber color, small off-white head. Malty, caramel in the nose. Medium-bodied. Ryeish malty, light caramel. Kind of harsh. Some bitterness in the aftertaste.
