Beer hustling on the streets. Christmas beer, clear high fermentation, inspired by the tripel but with the addition of dried figs and raisins in mash. We wanted to create this Christmas beer inspired by the traditional Vicenza cake, called with a name close to "bitch" which involves the use of different poor ingredients including dried figs and raisins. The result is a soft beer in the mouth with notes of figs and raisins and slightly honeyed, all harmonized by the Belgian abbey yeast employed. Ingredients: water, barley malt, raisins (4%), dried figs (2%), hops, yeast.
