A striking ruby hue and spicy floral nose punctuate the pleasant sweetness of this brew. Crystal malt coalesces with the earthy flavor of Willamette hops. A hauntingly beautiful combination.

Bottle, 12oz. An almost clear one, reddish dark golden in color and with a creamy, light beige head leaving lacings. The aroma ismalty with a faint sourish touch. Caramel and a generic fruityness too. Pale malts, caramel, something almost milky sour and a decent bitterness in the flavor. Medium body and pleasant carbonation. Pleasant bitterness in the else malty finish. A forgettable one. 131004

12oz bottle. Poured a relatively clear, ruby red color with a medium sized off-white head, lots of carbonation - like a soda. Aroma was light, sweet malts, notes of caramel, some orange zest. Flavor was caramel, toffee, some light earthy hops. Actually pretty tasty.

Bottle. Caramelly aroma. Cloudy dark red colour. Small tan head. The flavour is caramelly, papery and a little citric. Medium bitterness. Fruity citrus note, probably from the hops.
