From tap. Pours almost clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight citrusy. Grassy, grainy and straw. Bitter. Grassy. Dry and skught herbal. Toasted and grassy dry finish.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a hazy gold body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up some mild pear like fruitiness, a dash of lime and then a mild wheat to cracker like maltiness. The taste delivers a pulse mildly sweet fruity pear and apple. Darn. Not all that clean. To midway it picks up some modest bitter hop notes of floral, spicy and slightly lime like citrus. There's a brief mild cracker maltiness toward the finish. This drinks good but comes up short on its kolschiness
