Very slightly aged sample Very good, dense white head, leaving some lace of clear, well-carbonated copper beer. Malt, "beery" aroma, bit spicy, peppery, suggerating some restsugars. Bitterish, leafy flavour superimposed on almost sweet, bit toasted malts. Earthy, shrubbery, spicy. Dry character, soft carbonation, rather medium bodied. Not bad, but De Ranke has done better. Faintly reminiscent of XX Bitter. Txs to Stef!
