Smell is fruity, tiny floral and tiny herbal with crackers, pink grapefruit juice, passionfruit, pineapple, apricots, gooseberries, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon balm, lemon zest and hints of starfruit, black currant jelly and lemongrass. Taste is bitter and fruity with crackers, pineapple, pink grapefruit juice, passionfruit, very ripe gooseberries, apricots, starfruit, papaya, freshly cut grass, black currant leaves, lemon zest, pine needles, green grapes and hints of cedar-like resinous wood. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter and fruity with crackers, starfruit, passionfruit, gooseberries, black currant leaves, lemon balm, freshly cut grass, dried apricots, grapefruit rinds, lemon zest and pine needles.
