Draft. An amber beer with a beige head: The aroma has notes of lacto, bread, and caramel. The flavor is lemons, lacto, caramel, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

From tap. Poura hazy brown to deep amber. Small white head. Aroma is wineous and fruity. Wooden, wineous and fruity. Dry, sourish fruity. Lingering fruity, sourish and dry finish. medium dry and fruity finish.

Carnivale Brettanomyces, 2017, van fles op de stoep van de @Bierkoning. wat wazig amber met lichte kraag. aroma en smaken zijn fruitig, zuurtje, bessen, druif, hout, wijn, matig zuur, matige body, lekker.

Bottle in front of De Bierkoning, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017, with the Dutch RB crew. Hazy brown color. Off white head. Aroma’s of funk, sourish, dark malts. Retronasal it’s sourish, sweetish. Flavor is moedrate sweet, moderate sour. Medium bodied. Long finish

Bottle at brett fest. Aroma of forest berries, tart, vanilla and oak. Taste has mild tart, vlierbes, oak, soft funk and brett. Good.

MBCC 2017: Dark amber. Lightly funk, sweaty, hints of vinegar and wine. Winy and woody taste. Low sweetness. Nice and easy drinking... pleasant aftertaste.

Bottle from het Biermoment, batch 20160258 bottled 25/01/2017 BB 25/01/2022, 33 cl sample. Hazy amber to copper color, short frothy head. Aroma of oak wood, cherry and red wine, bit marzipan, some lactic acid. Slight lactic sourness in taste, oak wood, toffee sweetness, tannines. Bit dry in the finish of raisin and dried fruit. Bit sharp as well. Unpolished, but lots of flavor. Decent.

Sample at MBCC, 2017, Yellow session. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast, red berry fruit. The flavour is light sour with a slightly watery dry, tart fruit. light biscuit malt palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation:
