Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear gold colored body that supports a nice bright white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The mild aroma offers up subtle malts, lemon and lime hoppiness and then a mineral sensation. The taste delivers near prickly bouncy notes of herbal to lemon to mineral like hop notes followed by a slight apple to pear like sweet fruity ester sensation. It ends nice and dry. Clean as fuck.
