Our classic American Pale Ale, brewed with huge helpings of Australian and American hops late in the kettle and reinforced with a healthy dry hop consisting of the same. It doesn't end with the aroma though, the crisp bitterness and dry finish make this a beer you want to keep drinking.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.[ Trade by jaghana ]. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, celery, moderate hoppy, grass, hop oil, wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy hops, flowers, perfume, hop oil, minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130430]

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and citrusy. Smooth fruity. Lingering citrusy and crisp hoppy. Lingering fruity and light citrusy. Bitter and crisp hoppy finish.

Bottled. A pale amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy and spicy hops on a malty background. The flavor is sweet with notes of wet hay, malt, and spices, leading to a dry bitter finish. Disappointing flavor after the inviting aroma.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a white head leaving a little laces. Fairly fresh - if slightly greasy - citrusy hops in the nose. Medium body, has a pleasant and dry fruitiness before the hops kick in again leaving a solidly bitter finish. A very decent take on an APA. 260713

Keg at la Fine Mousse, 2nd July 2013. This is a very nice APA, clean, refreshing , lots of flavour, some muskiness in the taste, good stuff

Pours dark gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Tropical fruit and resin aromas. Sweet caramel and toffee upfront turning dry in the lasting resin and grapefruit finish.
