This NW style sour is a crisp, refreshing wheat beer that was barrel-aged for seven months then additionaly aged with strawberries for another eight months. Bright, sweet strawberries and light candy notes greet you in the nose. A light tartness and berry sweetness intermingle on the palate, giving way to a light, sparkling fresh berry tartness in the finish. It is better as a breakfast beer or a dessert? You decide.

Shared bottle at Cardinal. Pours hazy reddish amber with little off-white head. Aroma of boiled strawberries, acetone, band aid. Tastes sour. Thin bodied, sour finish. Beer was 3 years old when tasted.

Bottled 750ml. -at Pivoteka Zagreb, courtesy of Višnja, thanks. Unclear golden coloured, small white head, strawberry nose. Moderate malty, sour strawberries and rather high carbonation with pleasant sourness in the finish. Quite nice. 7.56%ABV

Bottle 750ml @ Rasmus hytte
Pours hazy orange with a beige head. Aroma has notes of malt, funk, sweet fruity, yeast, burned plastic and fusel. Taste is medium sweet, medium sour and light bitter with a long sligthly dry, funnky, sweet, strawberry, yeasty and plastic finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Thanks to Nisse666, on June 2, 2017.75 cl bottle marked 2013 project. Label state 8.0% ABV.Cloudy brownish amber color, small off-white head. Strawberry, intense plastic, rubber, acidic scent. Acidic, sour, sulphur, tart taste. Fruity, acidic aftertaste. Minty. Fizzy mouthfeel, no bitterness.

Big bottle from Mikkeller web shop cons 2017-06-02 Göteborg AR: sour, tart strawberries, citric lemon AP: hazy amber, no head F: vinegar, citric, very sour, but a wee strawberries hint in the very end I really appreciated the strawberries!
