Mohawk Oat IPA is a part of a series of IPA’s containing various adjuncts to explore the possibilities of the India Pale Ale style. Oats give the beer a velvety mouthfeel and softens the flavour. Brewed with Pale Ale, Oat, Munich and Caramunich malt, and Magnum, Columbus, and Palisade hops.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm) Amber colour with lasting, frothy, beige head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, caramel, treacle toffee and lots of citric hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with caramel, citrus, toffee, treacle and generous amounts of resinous hops in a long, bitter and fairly dry finish. More than medium body, with balanced sweetness. Very tasty. Excellent beer.
