375ml shared with Phill and Alex (thx a lot for bringing this one!!!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: extremely dark copper, basically it's brown, the darkest ice cider I've seen so far, I believe. Aroma: intense and heavy apples, sweet, with some acidity. Taste: along the same lines, extremely intense, very sweet with noticeable acidity. Overall: probably the most extreme and intense ice ciders I've ever had so far. Very interesting and nice.

Poured from 375mL bottle (2007 vintage) with a very dry cork that required sifting. Medium-dark brown with no head. Treacle and caramel, syrupy apple, very sweet, enjoyable. Nose maybe oxidized a little, but the taste is still great. Very intense.

2005 vintage. 200mL bottle, pours a deep dark caramel colour. Aroma brings out treacle toffee, caramel, and syrupy sweetness. Flavour is deep and complex, with heaps of caramel upfront, followed by treacle toffee and syrupy sweetness that borders on cloying. Decadent and well-constructed. Impressive for being 11 years old. Fantastic.

2023-11-25, vintage 2007, 16 years old, 8-5-9-5-17=44
The cork is fairly brittle. Dark mahogany colour. Aroma of wood, stewed apples, glue, vanilla. Thick, sweet, moderately acidic; fine interplay between stewed apples and caramel; fudgy finish, alcohol, and some pleasant tannins.
Wonderful.

2013-02-21, corked bottle from Liberty Wine on 10th Street, Vancouver, vintage 2007, 5 years old
Wonderful gold-amber color with beautiful legs. Deep aroma of apple syrup, with hint of hazelnut, and a suggestion of acidity. Thick, syrupy, largely sweet, but perfectly balanced by the alcohol warmth and the acidity; notes of caramel, stewed apples and honey. Long final, with also a spicy vein.
Maybe less vibrant than a couple of favorite ones, but still an excellent and mature choice.

Bottle: Poured a deep copper color cider with some great notes of sweet tender apple. I thought the sweetness was very well balance with the apple taste while alcohol was very well hidden. The only negative thing I can say about this ice cider is that it was lacking some of the apple pie character tat I usually very much love in those ciders.
