This Hybrid English/American Amber Ale uses a blended U.S/English yeast to give it the proper Pommie flavour without the long flight and bad weather. Smooth sweet malts give way to the citrus and pine American hops. This beer is sure to impress the Queen Mother!

(Can) Pours slightly hazy amber brown with big loose pale beige head. Pleasant aroma of pine with citrus note and woody hints. Good mouthfeel with smooth medium body and plenty of carbonation. Good taste too with nice balance. Toffee malt underpins the flavour with a good presence of hops from start to pleasantly bitter finish. Very good.

Pours dark amber almost brown with a small off-white head.Nose shows grapefruit and resinous hops, burnt caramel and soft bready malt, a bit of an overripe apple note too.Flavours include more bready malt, toasty malt, caramel, as well as a load of piny hops. More of the apple-like twang overpowers things though.

Sampled a clear amber with a brown hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Flavor has bread and caramel with a bit of citrus and grain underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and bread with some caramel and a hint of citrus backing.
