Cask (gravity) @ 29th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2012, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Clear medium orange - amber yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, caramel, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20121204]

Cask at Pigs Ear BF 2012, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Very basic golden ale, some dry, toasty white bread, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately dry finish, more straw, hints of dirt. Pretty meh stuff overall.
