clear red oarnge, small white film head. aroma of red berries, based with sweet malts. berries appear more fresh than berry jam. Reasonably refreshing berry flavor, but the sweet malts and beer bitternes doesn’t match well with the fruit i think. Also the ABV is a bit high for this mix, i can taste the alc flavor.

500ml bottle at Brasserie V. Very cool label that has drawings of all the fruits used. In most ways a pretty straight forward fruit beer. Deep fruity red-amber body. Not mindblowing at all, but has a great body and a unique fruity depth. Some dry pitty aspirin tones. Cherry, currant are the dominant tones, but no fruit really jumps out at you. A little dry and pitty after awhile. OK.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 20). Bottle 50 cl - Batch 562. AROMA: pleasant fruit blend aroma and not artificial. no hop aromas and no defects. APPEARANCE: light reddish color with a bit of an orange tint, with a lot of material in suspension. light pink head with good retention. TASTE: medium-low intensity flavour somewhat reflecting the aroma but it is not artificial. some bitterness is present and finishes dry with a bit of astringency. PALATE: light body maybe due to the fruit fermentables, medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: this fruit beer is made with fruits not available in our country so the aromas and flavours are a bit of an unknown. nevertheless, it does not have an artificial profile nor defects. overall, a different fruit beer.

Hazy amber beer, small pink tinged cream head. Palate is light and dry, modest carbonation. Dry seltzer and dry floralness. Light floral generic fruits, little fruit acid. Dry finish. A big disappointment, instead of the big berry fruit burst I was hoping for we get a flaccid apologetic berry. Bah!

14.02.2014, 0,5l bottle shared with Palme @ Håndverkerstuene:
Small creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is very mild and balanced, almost a little neutral, heather, grass, small hints of berries - mostly red currants. Taste is slightly harsh grassy, almost a little metallic, berry skin, heather, weeds, hay, grass, hints of crowberries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Fair enough, still miss a solid berry touch.

Buena, toques dulces y silvestres bien combinados.

Bottle at Haand Festival. A pinkish-orange beer, unclear, and topped by a small, white head. The aroma is mostly on the berry side, with a little touch of cellar in the back. Redcurrant, blueberry and raspberry. Some bitterness in the flavor, and also some acidity, as well as the berries found in the aroma. Medium body, dry, and a tad lot on carbonation. Some bitterness in the very end. A refreshing and easy drinkable one. 130524

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy rose with a slight white head - which might have a pink tinge. Aroma is tart berry. Med body. It is not really working well. Flavor is sort of muddy. Literally. It’s tart berry on the edges - sort of. Singulary all those berries, except perhaps sea buckthorn, should be fine. Together? I’m surprised. With time it gets more acceptable, but it’s not very tasty.

På Cardinaltreff des-13: flaske batch 562. Rosa farge, fint men kort skum. Lukter litt Zalo. Tynn smak uten substans, men med så mye bærtilsetninger må dette være proppfullt av antioksydanter og derfor en sunn drikke! Rart at smaken gjør så lite av seg, når voltstyrken er på hele 7.

Copper in colour. Head is quickly dissapearing. Some horse blanket in aroma. And berries. Slightly sour. Not easy to identify any separate berries. Like bland household squash.
