5/II/25 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company (Gent), BB: n/a (2025-105)

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: chocolate, a little smoky, sweet impression, some caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice, a bit sweet first, caramel notes, some fruity acidity, cherries, a bit oxidized, sugary, alcohol, nice one! Aftertaste: more chocolate, fruity, lots of those cherries, sugary, alcohol, thick and syrupy, but very nice, some cherry jam, good stuff!

500ml can. Pours black with a thin brown head. Aroma of cherries, tonka, chocolate. Taste of sweet and tart cherries, chocolate, tonka, liquorice/molasses, boozy warmth. Medium bodied, smooth.
