A 2015 slighly sweet, off-dry apple wine. In spring of 2016, a dose of honey was added which did not ferment all the way out. Plenty of tart to balance the sweet.

bottle pour at Wassail part of VT cider tasting. fine normal pour. nose is tart apple skin and light florals and honey. tastes of wild honey, florals, honey dew, crab apples. decent palate
