On tap at Great Divide - DEN. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Citrus, lemon sugar, and fresh grass on the nose. Flavour has citrus peels, juicy citrus, good body, light bitterness. Pretty decent hazy.

The colour is hazy golden. The head is dense. The aroma is gunpowder, raw onions and a slight fruitiness. The taste is licorice, gunpowder and a little burning hops at the end. Other reviewers seem to find this drink fruity, I personally think that the fruit is hard to find. But it is still quite good.

Burk från SB. Disig varmgul vätska högt stabilt skum. Söt och fruktig med ananas, mango, papaya. Ganska pepprig beska och lite boozy. Inte jättespännande. Ok+

Keg at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy golden, firm head. Aroma of passionfruit and mango. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Grainy and fruity with mango and passionfruit. Peppery finish with some husky bitterness.

Shaker pint draft at Great Divide Denver Airport Taphouse & Kitchen at the Denver, Colorado airport. The pour is a slightly hazed yellow golden with a small foamy white head that is pretty lasting. The aroma is soft resin, malt, and a bit of alcohol heat. The taste is the sweet malt, nice resin, bit of citrus and finishes warming with alcohol heat, though decently integrated. The palate is medium bodied, light carbonation and lingering resin and warming alcohol. Solid, though I remember liking the original better.

Can - grocery store beer! - on sale for 10.99 a six pack! - I mistakenly bought this thinking it was regular Hercules - hazy gold - really sweet nose and flavor - sugary almost - with bright tropical notes and a somewhat pithy finish, with apparent alcohol in the flavor - very sweet finish - meh - wish they’d bring back Old Ruffian instead of putting their effort into stuff like this.

Clear gold colour, smallish head of foam, minimal lacing.
Big citrus grapefruit smell, tropical fruit, some alcohol, caramel malt sweetness.
Taste is nice grapefruit bitterness, caramel malt sweetness, some tropical fruitiness, good balance. Very sip worthy.
Fullish mouthfeel, excellent Imperial IPA.
