Based on the original Cresta but this time with a Morello cherry twist which gives it a wonderful sweet/sour touch.

Bottle shared at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting 2013 - London. Pours clear brown with a fine tan cream head. Sugary milk chocolate aroma with light roast, toasty dark malts. Medium sweet flavor with dark chocolate, a bit of baking cocoa, light earthy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate roasted malt finish with more bittersweet baking cocoa. Nice balance, good depth.

Tasting at ChrisO’s. Opaque dark brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Light crisp palate. Crispy minerals. Bittersweet dark malt. The dark malt is quite mild but has a cherry sweetness. Finishes dry with a touch of hop. Not bad.
