Tropical, Dank & Happy
A simple, airy malt backbone allows Idaho 7, Topaz, and Galaxy to come alive and express layers of dank pineapple, lychee, and papaya that meld with bright tangerine from a hot Voss Kveik fermentation.

355ml can. Not overly inviting, murky, ochre-ish, orangey, golden colour with average, creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Rather unspecific, fruity, hoppy and sweet-ish, wheaty malty aroma, hints of apple, melon, pear, kind of fruit purée rather than fruit cocktail; piney and resinous, sweaty, dank hoppy overtones superimpose after a while. Taste is tart-ish, slightly dry, fruity hoppy, minimally yeasty spicy, rather unspecific fruitiness again, hints of green apple, pear, some melon, gooseberry, a touch of white pepper; initially weaker resinous, piney, sweaty, dank hoppy overtones superimpose. Slightly mushy, creamy texture, minimally dry, barely astringent palate, medium, soft carbonation. Slightly hard to describe: neither because it is overly rich nor complex, rather because it is a bit confused, muddled, unspecific, for this reason somewhat unusual - OK Sour/Wild IPA.
