We love brewing bold and intense beers, and coming off our recent gold medal for a Belgian inspired flanders we thought it was time to switch gears and go overboard with hops.
Slap Your Mammy is a shocking Double IPA! Coming in at 10-10.5 % ABV this huge ale is brewed with 7 of the highest quality malts and 8 varieties of hops! On our 125 minute boil we pack in 125 IBU’s, making this one of the hoppiest beers ever brewed in the world. If that not enough hops, then just wait! Unlike any of our other beers, we dry hop this one twice to pack in as much aroma as possible! A truly shocking Double IPA for all you Hopophiles!

Bottle shared by Bleeng. Pours a cloudy orange with small frohty white head leaving spotty lacing along the glass. The aroma is floral hops pine and honey. Medium mouthfeel with a strong hop bite with very bitter finish. Alcohol present but not overpowering, a good IIPA from Trinity.

Tap @ Tap n Handle Foco. Hazy, golden orange appearance with a white head. Fairly citrusy, lightly piney aroma. A bit toasty, light caramel malty, piney, somewhat bitter, earthy, citrusy flavor. Pretty good.

Growler thanks to womencantsail. Pours with a small white head with a clear golden-orange body. Aromas of orange, floral, citrus, and some caramel. Flavors of tea, citrus, floral, bitter, malty, and some wheat. A bit astringent in the finish. Lively bubbles, dry mouthfeel.
