Can 50cl. from Lidle Muiden @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear deep golden colour, good frothy white to off-white head, good retention and fair lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, corn, light grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, grass. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, metallic notes, acceptable.

Boring pilsener with nothing to distinguish it from all the other bad beer on the market. Not much in the way of aroma, just graininess. This is beer for people who just don’t care what it tastes like.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Golden looks with some bitter taste and there is that annoying sweet thing in the back. Typical supermarket lager with typical cheap prices.

Uit een blikje op terras Shining Star in Petra. Een gewoon geel pils met wit schuim uit een blikje, niks bijzonders, maar verfrissend bij 28 graden.

Can. Clear very pale yellow/gold sporting a nice white head. Aroma of sweet grains, cereals and a hint of good old-fashioned noble hops. Taste of grains, bread, some grass and cardboard plus herbal hops. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. Halfway decent for a beer from Lidl.

Blik thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het aroma is moutig en grassig. De smaak is moutig, bitter en wat wrang.

Bottle. Pale blonde. Grainy, soft grassy aroma. Grainy, grassy flavor with metal in the aftertaste. Could be worse.Earlier Rating: 2/10/2004 Total Score: 1.6Small foamy head. Grainy sknunky aroma and flavor. Sweetish and flowery. Hardly any hopbitterness. Some orange. Boiled milk. Thin. A pilsener nightmare of dubious quality.
