375mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of rose petals upfront, followed by lots of brett, and fairly high acidity. Fruity, acidic and bretty on the finish. Solid but a little thin and acidic.

Draft at Freshcraft, 11/21/2015. Nice fruity, and bretty aroma. Cloudy yellowish in color. Tastes along the same lines, fruity, a little tart, and bretty. Drinks nicely. Clean and lighter bodied. Easy drinking.

375 mL waxed bottle poured. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thin oily head. Sour citrus aroma. Intense floral forward foavor, with an obvious brett background. Not the sour flavor I was expecting. Almost no tart element at all, though all flavor points to good here. Very tasty, refreshing brew.

Pours a cloudy pale, yellow gold with a thin white head that recedes to the edges and lingers Faint lacing and small legs. Flavor has some light malt notes. Moderate citrus notes with some light phenolics. Light malt character. Low bitterness. Moderate tropical fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, another nice beer from Trinity. Nice yeast notes with a lot of tropical fruit and citrus. Well baalnced phenolic notes.
