Cheers to two years of beers! Naturally, we needed to brew something special and what better than a brand-new West Coast IPA. ‘Fire Temple’ boasts a simple malt bill with an aggressive hop regiment; a blend of English and German grains provides the base for loads of PNW Centennial hops in the whirlpool and a robust dry hop of Amarillo and Citra Cryo hops. Fresh citrus aromas highlight bright flavors of grapefruit, orange, and lime with pleasant floral overtones and hints of tropical fruit. Crisp, dry, and refreshing, ‘Fire Temple’ is a perfect pint for us to raise and say “THANK YOU” for two years of continued support!

On tap at WABF 2026, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright piney hops, light dankness, wood, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with bitter, woody piney hops, light dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Woody, piney finish. Excellent.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Logan, Burien. Attractive can, beautiful west coast pour. Clean golden appearance, oily, patchy foam head, sticky lacing.biting bitter piney hop front. Sturdy grain to balance. Citrus fruit which quickly gets buried by a peel bitterness. Grassy and gritty. Piney, bold, and flavorful. Really checks a ton of the IPA boxes for me. A standout IPA here.
