Cask @ Leggers Beer Festival, Dewsbury. Copper coloured with a thin head. Has a mild spice in its nose with an initial maltiness in taste. There’s a small lingering nuttiness in its aftertaste.

On cask at Housmans. Appearance - golden amber with a decent head. Nose - grainy and oxidised. Nothing else. Taste - grain and toffee. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a dry astringent finish. Overall - not enjoyable so might need to retaste as their other beers are definitely better than this.

On tap at Gbbf 2013. Clear gold lasting white head. Bit of something I can’t identity. Turned out to be a decent peach golden ale d
