Bottle pour, deep Greyson ruby red. Deep sour yeast and cherry aroma. Mouth puckering sour, deep cherry pie notes with grape must, yeast and wet flannel blanket. Excellent!

From tap at Borefts 2016. Aroma is loads of sour cherries, light malt, oak, touch of caramel, balsamic vinegar. Flavour is puckering sourness and a little bit sweet. Body is medium. Very dry and sour, excellent flavour.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 11 Mar 2023) Dark red colour with brief, beige head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of cherries, red fruit and almonds. Fruity, tart taste with cherries, almonds, red fruit, oak wood, brown sugar and a low bitterness in a tart finish. More than medium body, with a slight caramel sweetness. Tasty, well balanced and elegant. Good Flemish red character with lots of sour cherries. Very nice.

Vintage 2015. 17 months aged in white wine oak barrels. Polecam do schabu pieczonego zawijanego boczkiem i do smazonej mlodej kapusty.

Almost no foam; muddy deep brownish red beer. Sour, lactic, sour cherries, hints of Bretts. Very tart, pure sour cherries but also hints at cherry pie, cakebottom, but the acids nullify any sweetness. Puckering acidity, light body thanks to acidthinning, acidburn. Feels better carbonated than it looks. Sharp, if pleasing. Sour punch, making it harsher than other Cascade beers I've sampled.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are rich berries, lots of lactose acid, malt, fruits and has a nice long sour finish. A really nice plaque remover.
