Starting with Dead Guy® Whiskey barrels from our friends just down the road at Rogue Ales & Spirits® we fermented fresh-pressed apples on oak with warming spices. The result is a bold imperial sipper with beautiful apple notes up front, warming spices in the middle, and oaky tannins on the finish. This collaboration is sure to scare off winter and warm you to your bones.

12 oz can poured, picked up at Special Brews for an incredible price all things considered. Clean golden pour. No head. Apple sauce nose woth an obvious cinnamon and mixed spice. Flavor has a bight apple front, with a quick transition to a bone dry, oak, barrel finish. Tastes nowhere near double digits. Smooth and flavorful. Love the spice impact, and the warming character to this otherwise easy drinking, big cider. Awesome!
