Dry Hopped Spelt Lager
Outer Realms is our dry hopped spelt lager brewed with pilsner and spelt malts. This version was hopped with McKenzie, Cascade Lupomax and Wai-iti hops. It was then fermented cold with our favorite lager strain. Before an extended lagering period, Outer Realms was finished with a second dose of McKenzie and Cascade Lupomax hops, then spunded for natural carbonation.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Special Brews. Lots of fun new brews this week from these guys, and this one was one of the more interesting sounding ones for my taste. Clean, light and crisp golden appearance. Gritty straw grain up front with a refreshing follow. Cracker malts, soft mineral, cool finish. Ge the grassy hops throughout with any real bitterness omitted. Excellent, delicious lager here
