A fine golden ale similar in style to American Pale Ale. Brewed using three different aromatic American hop varieties which give fruity, floral and citrus-like flavours. Fresh and hoppy with a long bitter finish. First brewed October 2011 as a special request.

On tap at The Six Bells, JDW, Lymington, Hampshire, Saturday 11th March 2017 Please note that this is down as Six Bells (house beer) however the brewery tell me that it’s Flying Saucer. Pours hazy warm gold with a filmy white head. A decent golden, citrussy but also will appeal to the tradionalists. Good fruity beer a little hint of parma violets. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2
