Using juice yeast, minor tweaks to our flagship beer, and spelling Stemma backwards, our core juicy IPA was born. Full of hop flavors of watermelons, honeydew and cantaloupes, oh my!

On tap at Stemma, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma has lots of cantaloupe/honeydew, some dank hops, and a thin biscuity malt base. Flavour is juicy and dank, with lots of dank piney hops, juicy stone fruits (lots of cantaloupe/honeydew), and just enough malt to back. Looks hazy, but it’s more like a juicy, dank westie. Very good.

On Tap at the Bellingham brewery/taproom Cloudy light soft lemon yellow with a thin fine white head. Nice clean sharp citrus pith hop flavors and aromas. Straight up fresh IPA. Balanced clean and tasty and fairly bold.

Draft pour enjoyed at Stemma. A somewhat cloudy pale gold with plenty of loose foam head. Aroma is a nice mix of citrus and grains. Juicy, cool citrus tones throughout, with a pils like grain background. Definitely fits the juicy bill while maintaining the west coast disguise. Very refreshing IPA here. Very good.
