This will really put the curl back in your tail. Crack open the cap and the astringent characteristic bitter aroma of dry cider apples assaults your snout. However, the taste of Truffler is more subtle than its nose, with a bittersweet flavour note and a much longer finish than a typical dry cider. Just when you think it’s all over, Truffler offers just a welcome hint of sweetness that gives a long, rounded finish without compromising the dry character of this classic Somerset cider.

The perfect mate for classic British bangers & mash or a steak pie.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Pale gold with moderate carbonation. minerals, a touch of wood. Decent apple fruit flavours, leading to a lingering, dry finish. Fine.
