Draught @ Ølsnedkeren, Griffenfeldsgade 52, DK-2200 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good to excellent lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, wood, smoke. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, smoked, fruity, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Tap @ Ølsnedkeren. Slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, smoke and a little meat. Flavour is malt, caramel, smoke, little meat, medium sweet and a little bitter.

100ml on tap at the brewpub. Filmy white layer, next to clear amber coloured body. Smoked aroma in the direction of sausages. Similar taste of sausages and campfire mixed with mid-sweet malts. Dry, short-lived ending. Thin to medium bodied. Quite alright for the smoked style, easy to drink (Copenhagen, 22.03.2013).

Tap @ Ølsnedkeren. Clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate smoked meat. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 160313

Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy nice smoked aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are smoke, bacon, sausage, caramel, malt and hops.

On tap. Slightly hazy amber with a creamy, off-white head leaving some laces. A little caramel in the nose combined with some Bamberg smoke. Medium body, again a little caramel, burned rubber and bacon. Dry and biter finish. Not bad for a Smoked - if you dig Smoked beers. 281112

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange to brown with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty and dense smoked. Light hamish note. Caramelish and light bitter flavoured. Mild sweetness to the smooth smoked malt. Bitter and lingering smoked finish.

Draft. a hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. the aroma has notes of bacon, smoke, and malt. Rhe flavor is sweet with notes of bacon, smoke, and caramel, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.
