Draft pour at Hop and Hound. Pale golden yellow pour, lemonade like, with a thin fizz head. Really strange hefe for me. Fruit heavy aroma, bordering tart. Lemon, grass, soft wheat. A bit watery, straw and grassy linger. Not really what I would expect from a hefe, but not bad as a beer in general. Unique for sure. Has a slight sweet side. Cool long lingering finish. A little weird.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy golden color. It’s a bit footy, with light banana touch and very light (almost none) spices; dry, possibly crisp, with no wheat character; low bitterness.
Dry and clean wheat ale, not a hefe.
