Analyze this; Very light straw color with little yeast in suspension. This style of hefeweizen is intentionally clean, crisp and refreshing with just a hint of yeast ester. The malt is comprised of about 30% malted wheat and 70% malted barley, giving it a dense head. In the city or in the wild west, this beer is pretty slick.

Draft pour, enjoyed at 54° 40' Brewing, Washougal. A light appearance, clean and clear golden pour. A bit of a corny straw aroma, mild. Cool and refreshing taste, not a lot of flavor going on here, but what's there is pleasant. This would pair well with summer heat and ballgames.
