Clear copper with a lasting off-white head. Spicy aroma with notes of white and black pepper, cardemum, rosemary and heather, with some caramel and bread. Sweet malty flavour with strong peppery spice character. The medium bitter finish could well be from the spice as well as the hops. Heavy on spice, but an interesting character - grains of paradise?
