The 19th hole deserves a special beer - our 19th Brew Craft Beer. This bright, light, hoppy citrusy ale is sooooo refreshing. Best served chilled, only one thing can follow it - that’s another round!
Our 19th Brew craft beer is a refreshingly delicious, very drinkable and well balanced Golden Beer. It has hints of citrus and a slightly hoppy character. We use pale rye, lager malt, caramalt and wheat. This is complemented by a generous helping of first gold and cascade hops. What you get is a very refreshing beer with a broad appeal.

Bottle, The One Under, St Andrews. Amber pour with a meek white head. Uninspiring malt, grain and nut nose. Similar flavour with the hops not being allowed to shine and a muted bitterness. Drinkable but dull. The Old Course deserves a better beer frankly.

33cl bottle. Pours golden with very gentle bubbles and a thin but nice head. The nose has toffee and some green veg - maybe runner beans. The taste has caramel and biscuits with a tangy biscuit finish. The palate is medium bodied with a tangy middle texture and a tangy finish. Overall, I think is actually a bitter, though it has lager characteristics.
