Pale Ale? Sure. Use some wheat, rye and oats? Love that. Hop with Summit, Palisade and Super Galena but keep hop bitterness low? Aromatastic. Add copious amounts of Mandarins, Oranges and Tangerines on the hot side? Here we go. Recirculate through Acacia wood and Dekapon mandarin peels over two days post fermentation? Now it’s a Black Raven beer, whatever it takes to cram this much sunshine into a beer.

On tap at the Redmond taproom Clear orange amber small wispy white head. Fairly pale floral hop aroma. Lots of flowery and fruity hop flavors. Low bitterness. Light finish.

22 oz bottle poured. Full day of ball, and a beer is exactly what is needed. Cloudy pale golden color with a thin fizz head. Viciously sweet aroma with lemon. Flavor is really sweet as well, floral, and super fruity. Fruity, sugar sweet finish. Too much floral and sweet for me, but still good overall.
