Cask at the Pigs Ear BF 2012 - London. Pours clear, dark gold with a fine, white cream head. Light ripe fruit nose with semi-dark malts. Light to medium sweet flavor with nice lightly toasted bread, mellow orange, very light leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Great condition. Moderate sweetness to finish, light toasty dough malts, subtle fruits. Good balance if a bit simple overall.
