See me blow out your teapot. I’m from the Chinese era Qing. Big batch of bad-ass brew, I will make you sing. Women on the left of me, men on my right. Ain’t got no corn, ain’t got no rice. I’m just malty nice. Cause I’m TNT. Sometimes you’re not in the mood for what everyone else is having.

Draught from btiger. Brownish pour with minor head - estheryness and some smokiness along with some choc & malts. Decent.

Aroma of malt, wheat, banana, chocolate, smoked bacon, and some taste I can’t identify so it must be the tea. Flavour is malty sweetness, quite sweet, with a smokey finish. I’m not terribly crazy about this, but it is definitely an interesting brew.

Dark brown with thin, gassy head. Aroma offers some sweet, caramel malts at first before the smokey tea comes through. Reasonably thick, smooth texture. Flavour is like malty, sweet, smokey tea. Strange.

Bottle shared at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting 2013 - London. Pours murky brown with a creamy tan head. Sugary malts and salted meat in the nose, along with notes of brown sugar. Big sweet flavor with tons of candied ham, some rich bread, toasted sugar. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet and lightly sticky finish with lots more candied ham, rich bread. Rich and very tasty. Not a well-loved style, I suppose, but this one does some nice stuff.
